Payment

For digital products, a mock-up (or several!) will be shown (with watermark). When it is approved full payment is expected by Paypal (or bank transfer/deposit if in Australia). No other methods of payment are accepted.

Shipping

Shipping by Australia Post airmail. Should arrive in most places within 2 weeks.

Refunds and Exchanges

No Refunds for digital products. No returns/refunds/exchanges for 'change of mind'. If product is damaged and no insurance was requested there is no refund but if insurance was requested and paid for, the product can be returned for a full refund (including shipping costs incurred by you to return it) or if you want to keep it, a partial refund can be given to you.
