Welcome to The Crochet Studio on Etsy, and thank you for browsing my store. If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a message.

Payment

Currently, I only accept payments through PayPal or major credit cards, which you will see a button for when you go to the payment section.

Shipping

If it is a PDF pattern that you ordered, it will be emailed to the address that you provide within 48 hours of payment received, although the turn around time is usually much sooner.

Trips to the post office to mail physical items will be done only on Tuesdays and Fridays. Anything ordered on those days specifically will be sent out on the following send out date.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. However, if you experience a problem with anything you buy from my store, please let me know.

All of my patterns are written using US terms and abbreviations.
