All of my items are handmade with quality materials and the greatest care. I hope you will be satisfied with your shopping experience and with the products you purchase.

Payment

Payment by PayPal ONLY is accepted.

If you are new to Etsy, Etsy's checkout process can be a bit confusing. It's done in two steps. First, you put the item into your cart, check paypal, and check out. But there is a second step of paying through paypal that needs to be completed before I receive the funds. It's easy to miss it!

Login to "your etsy" and click on "Purchases" in the left-hand column. Then click on the transaction for my shop, and there will be a prompt that says Pay Using PAYPAL. Click on that, and follow it through to complete the payment. If you're having difficulties, contact me.

Shipping

All items will be shipped via regular mail 48 hours after payment is received. All items are tracked with a USPS delivery number.

Items are shipped in labeled cellophane gift bags, in carefully packed shipping boxes (except for tot totes which will be shipped in bubble envelopes). My shipping boxes are usually recycled, out of a desire to stay as green as possible!

Refunds and Exchanges

JustFeltHungry will refund your purchase (excluding initial shipping costs) if you feel you must return the item(s). Item(s) can be exchanged, but new shipping costs must be paid for by the customer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Alchemy and custom orders are welcome! Payment for an alchemy order may be made once part of the item(s) has been completed and pictures have been sent to the customer for approval.
