Payment

I like money orders and Paypal. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Shipping

I like to use the United States Postal System and will try to use priority shipping as much as possible. Large paintings will have to be shipped UPS though, possibly crated in wood. I cannot give an exact quote on shipping unless I know your address. Insurance is always included for your protection and mine.

If you are close to the Nashville or Chattanooga area, we can arrange pickup and/or delivery. I am willing to drive large paintings (over 4 foot by 4 foot) up to 100 miles from Nashville/Chattanooga area as long as my gasoline is paid for.

Large paintings CAN be disassembled to save on shipping cost. The canvas is removed from the stretchers and the stretcher frame is disassembled, then shipped to you in a tube. IF YOU REQUEST THIS, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REASSEMBLY. Many of my extra-large canvases are hand built using L-brackets and screws. To reassemble, you will need some knowledge of screws and screwdrivers and how to restretch a canvas. A skilled framing shop may be able to help you with this.

You can also request that the canvas is removed from the stretcher frame, it is then rolled up and sent to you without the wood stretcher frame. If you request this, you are responsible for purchasing and/or building a new frame and reassembly. A skilled framing shop may be able to help you with this.

At this time, I do not offer international shipping EXCEPT if the canvas is removed from the stretcher frame and it is shipped alone rolled up in a tube. International shipping is not available to hardboard canvases and large items. I will have to contact the post office for rates.

Refunds and Exchanges

Large paintings (over 4 foot by 4 foot) are hard to refund and exchange. If you would like a refund, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs and a restocking fee of 25%.
