Flutterbydaisy is me and my sewing machine... we met one rainy day and have been working happily together ever since - creating pretty clothes and bits and bobs for broken dolls and butterfly people...

We also make one of a kind pretty things ... for all those who have dreamed up a dress or anything else that you can't see in my shop and would like to send us their sketch or description ... just send us a little message - we look forward to hearing from you *

Payment

Flutterbydaisy like paypal the most... but we also like to get post... so we do take cheque.

Payment would be much appreciated within three days of purchase.

Shipping

All flutterbydaisy pretties are sent within three days... after payment has been received.

IF YOU NEED INSURANCE LET ME KNOW :)

(Items traveling from me to anywhere outside UK may take a little longer to arrive)

Refunds and Exchanges

* I do not manipulate the way my clothes look in photographs. I add a shadow and make the colours look as close to the real thing as possible as I take the photos under artificial light...

* If you require specific sizing or have any other questions about an item you're interested in PLEASE MESSAGE ME to ask me BEFORE you buy, as I do not give refunds unless there's a huge discrepency of some kind.

* My dresses are for 'Broken dolls and Butterfly people' I love the style of tired fairies and how their petal clothes look ...
'R' in listing = Raw hem or frills etc...
'N' in listing = Normal hem or frills etc...
'Z' in listing = Zig zag hem or frills etc...
(Don't worry you will be able to see these all from photos too)

* I would never sell a dress that I wouldn't wear myself..
