Thank you for shopping with Foxie Moxie, or just becoming inspired by our work. The lead designer, and only at this time, is Katlin Pickering. I am a stay-at-home-mom with a home-based business. I create fabu items for retail and wholesale purchases. If you would like to carry the Foxie Moxie line please comvo me! I use vintage and vintage inspired goodies to create foxie and colorful jewels.

Payment

I prefer Pay-pal. Please e-mail me if you would like to pay with another method. Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. A 6.75% tax will be added to items purchased in the state of NC. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Shipping

Shipping method is USPS. Insurance is recommended during the Holiday season. You may upgrade to UPS if you like. Please be sure your address is correct to be sure it does not go to your old home. There is not much that I can do if your jewels go to the wrong place.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are not given, but you can exchange. Pieces that become damaged or broken can be repaired through Foxie Moxie for a small fee. If the piece cannot be repaired, which it should be, it can be exchanged. No refunds or credit is given for damaged goods. Please do not store your jewels in the bottom of your purse.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Wholesale and consigners will be happy to know Foxie Moxie offers 40% of retail price, 15% of the retail price for custom orders through your store, and 10% discount to your employees. FM sells wholesale to four stores in two states including spas, salon/retail, and even a art gallery/coffee shop.
