Welcome to the policies section, basically an FAQ for my store. I'm just firing things back up so this is by nature going to be incomplete. Anything that isn't mentioned you can *always* convo me about; I'm happy to answer questions and that will tell me what else needs to go here.

Payment

I will happily accept either Paypal or money orders. You can make credit card payments via Paypal without a Paypal account by choosing the credit card option from their site. I ask that payment be tendered within 3 days of purchase. I am however happy to reserve an item for you if you need a bit more time.

Shipping

Unless requested otherwise I ship USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation included for domestic packages. Expedited shipping will almost always be available if you need something quickly; convo me to make arrangements.

Expedited shipping to anywhere other than the USA may be available for an increase in fees equal to the actual increase in shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive to make each piece I create as well-crafted and durable as possible. Due to the materials and handmade nature of my jewelry it will need to be handled with more care than mass-produced items. Should any of my creations arrive damaged or break within the first 30 days I will repair it with no cost to you - I will cover shipping both ways. Should it break at *any* time after that I will still repair with no charge in most cases if you will ship it back to me. In rare instances I may request a materials fee if substantial metals or stones are required to repair the piece.

I will only take returns in the event that the item arrives damaged and you elect not to have me repair it. Should that happen you will receive a refund in full if you 1)convo me when the item arrives damaged and 2) send me a photo of the damage if I request it. I reserve the right to refuse a return if I was not contacted prior to its being shipped back.
