Welcome

Hola! Thank you for taking the time to look around my shop. I make both functional and decorative pottery. Everything is lead-free, and food safe unless marked otherwise. It is also dishwasher-safe. A microwave-safe disclaimer: They are fine for re-heating water-based items and drinks. But, really, handmade pottery will weaken over time with prolonged microwave-use, eventually leading to cracking. So for the sake of keeping your pottery for many years, avoid the microwave. Same goes for dishwashers- they are safe, but your pieces will last much longer with handwashing.

Custom orders are always welcome. And suggestions, too. :)

Payment

PayPal is the preferred method of payment and expected at time of order unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Shipping

All pottery is packed with care. It is very important to me that your order arrives safely and swiftly. I bubble wrap, double box, and pack with newspaper to make sure that your order is as secure as possible, while also being as environmentally friendly as possible- so expect to see some recycled boxes!

* Please note* Shipping is an estimate based on weight, the cost changes depending where I am shipping to. If I overestimate by more than $1 (not including packing costs) I will refund you through Paypal.

Shipping insurance is always included in the cost of shipping.

Orders are shipped using USPS. If you have a preferred shipping method (such as UPS), please let me know at checkout.

Delivery confirmation can be used upon request.

Any international orders will be shipped via USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

Pottery is fragile. It is also one-of-a-kind. Let me know if you would like to purchase shipping insurance for any piece(s); in case of any breakage, I would be happy to work with you to come to an arrangement.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know! I want my pots to be in happy homes. Buyer pays shipping costs on the return item and is responsible for its secure delivery back to me. Money will not be refunded until the item has been (safely) received by me.

-No returns accepted after 30 days.
