Cluttercluster seeks to decluster clutter from our perspective, in order to cluster some clutter for you, in the best way possible, as you desire.

For handmade clutter, or handmade clusters, please visit our sister shop, lookability.etsy.com.

Payment

◘ We accept Google Checkout, PayPal, check, and money order. Please contact us if you want to pay by check or money order and we can arrange the details.

◘ If you have any special requests please let us know and wait for an adjusted invoice before paying.

Shipping

◘ We ship domestic within 5 business days of receiving payment.

◘ We ship international and in any manner, if you pay for it. Please allow extra time.

◘ Buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges or other fees resulting from shipping and delivery to their location.

◘ We might recycle shipping materials. If you dislike that, just tell us first, no problem.

◘ Due to the difficulty in determining exact postage costs for all locations and all combinations of package contents, our shipping costs are an estimate. If you would like your shipping/handling costs recalculated based on actual purchases and destination, let us know, and wait for an adjusted invoice.

◘ We will consider combining shipping costs if you order handmade goods from our sister shop, lookability.etsy.com. Please contact before paying.

Refunds and Exchanges

◘ We do not accept refunds or exchanges normally. Depending on the situation or in case of damages out of our control, we will consider the circumstances within reason. NO refunds for dissatisfaction caused by buyer's failure to fully read item descriptions.

Additional Policies and FAQs

◘ Complimentary gift wrapping and notes available on request for small items.

◘ We post notice on shop main page when "on vacation" for more than two days.

◘ We leave feedback and appreciate the same.
