Thanks so much for visiting Bonnie Samuel Designs Natural Yarns. I am happy to answer any queries you might have about our lovely alpaca yarns - just email please. If you are interested in a custom piece, let's talk!

Payment

Payment is expected at time of purchase with Paypal. If for some reason, you are unable to use the Paypal service, we will accept money orders.

Shipping

Orders are shipped USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Shipping charge includes packaging and postage costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do want you to be happy with your purchase…..
If you wish to return your order, please call 515-292-2224 within 5 days of receipt before sending your order back and let me know your concerns. Refund or exhanges, minus shipping charges, will be made for product returned as sent – unaltered and undamaged please.

Additional Policies and FAQs

And please note…our alpaca yarn is made from the fiber of our alpacas, graded and sorted before sent for processing. You may occasionally find vegetable matter in the yarn as our mill does not use harsh chemicals to “dissolve” matter. Our alpaca yarn is regionally produced and processed with care and as naturally as possible.
