Thank you for your interest in my store. My main goal is to provide you with a finished product that you are going to love and treasure for years to come.
To ensure I can fulfill this goal I need you to supply me with large files, that is files that have the appropriate resolution for printing. Most new digital cameras take such photos so if you would like to take a photo specifically for me to work with, make sure you adjust it to the highest quality setting.
If you are unsure about what this means or have any other queries, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am more than happy to answer any of your questions.

Once you choose a design that you would like to feature your baby in you may also check that listing for guidelines about poses that are suitable for that particular design

Payment

I need to receive payment within 3 working days of the purchase date so that I can start working on your art as soon as possible.

Shipping

As yet I have no insurance on posted items, however if this is something that concerns you, it can be added to the bill.
I can be quite flexible as long as the lines of communication are clear, so email me with any requests and they will definitely be considered.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will send you a preview of your finished product in the form of an email or a link to my photo hosting site before I post the items. The image will not be suitable for printing but large enough on screen to see the details of the design. If you are happy I will proceed to send it to you on cd rom with the larger versions of the image etc. If you are not happy with the initial preview or any subsequent changes I am in that case happy to refund your money but I haven't had a dissatisfied customer yet

Please note though, after I send you the item I will be unable to refund or exchange due to the item being contained on a medium that can be copied, however i would try to resolve any problems if for some reason you were unsatisfied.
