Payment

Sweets For My Baby accepts Pay Pal.

Shipping

Ship from United States using first class mail or priority (when stated) within 1-14 business days of received payment. Please make certain your SHIP-TO ADDRESS MATCHES on all invoices (etsy and paypal). I cross reference them to avoid shipping error.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds can be accommodated minus shipping cost.

Exchanges can be made if same item is available minus shipping costs.

All refunds and exchanges must be completed within 5 business days of received product. No exceptions.

Items MUST be return in original condition. Item must not smell of any odor, contain any pet hair, or be damaged. If any signs of odor, pet hair, or damage is found, return is VOID. No exceptions.

If item is received in any condition with damage, odor, or pet hair, it will not be returned unless buyers pays for returned shipping or seller will maintain merchandise.

If a credit is issued, it will be issued to the pay pal account used during purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please allow 1-14 business days for product to be MADE. However, if product is listed as "Ready to be Shipped", it will be shipped out the following business day.

Reserved orders will be reserved for two business days ONLY and if NOT purchased by the end of the second business day, item will be made available again. If an item has been selected to be purchased and payment has not been received within 3 days, item will be made available again.
