SWANclothing is handmade luxury. I sew, hand stencil, embroider, quilt & hand finish my totes & purses & accessories. I use a combination of new & vintage fabric. I use industrial strength hardware. All items are made with great care by me- SwanDiamondRose.

I also do CUSTOM ORDERS & WHOLESALE. Please message me about WHOLESALE and use the REQUEST CUSTOM ITEM form for CUSTOM ORDERS.

1% of my sales is donated to The Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre which provides nesting habitat to, amongst other creatures, the Trumpeter Swan.

Shipping

If you order more than 1 item at a time, you pay shipping on the heaviest item and every item after that is FREE.

All shipping is Canada Post by Airmail [7-10 business days for US/CANADA and 10-14 business days for EVERYWHERE ELSE]. If you would like to arrange for faster shipping please message me before you place your order.

I ship as soon as I complete your item.

I recycle my shipping packaging. Your item will arrive safely and be tastefully wrapped but not elaborately so.

Refunds and Exchanges

I can do refunds for store credit if item is returned within 3 weeks, unused. [This has never happened but I want to offer it.] Refunds do not include shipping fees and do not apply to custom or sale items. Please contact me immediately if you have any concerns about your purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, YOUR ITEM WILL TAKE 3 WEEKS TO COMPLETE. Thank you kindly for your patience with your orders. If you do need an item more quickly let me know and we can work it out.

Each item is unique, small details will vary slightly.
