Payment

I accept PayPal. Items are only shipped upon confirmed payment.

Shipping

Items ship VERY promptly upon confirmed payment; same or next day First Class with Delivery Confirmation.

*You may also choose Priority Mail shipping (2-3 days) for an additional $4.00*

Orders are shipped upon confirmed PayPal transaction.

Items are packaged in a small jewelry box (perfect for gift-giving), and enclosed in a bubble mailer.

Please make be sure your address for PayPal and Etsy correspond. If this is not the case, please contact me to clarify which address is correct for shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your OiOi purchase, please Contact me and I will accept your return in its original condition and packaging (less shipping charges) within 10 days of purchase. You can either exchange the piece, or I will refund the money. OiOi is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping OR customs fees/taxes.

Sorry, no returns on custom orders.

Additional Policies and FAQs

OiOi enamel pieces should not be bent, as with any enamel jewelry. Enamel is glass, and should be treated carefully as one would handle any fine jewelry.

To clean enamel jewelry simply take a soft lens cloth (of any soft fabric) and gently buff. You may also use a mild soap.
Do Not clean with acidic agents (silver cleaner, etc) as it may compromise the quality and luster of your piece.
