Payment

Please note that items purchased and not paid for within 24 hours will be relisted and your sale cancelled. I'm aware that there are occasional situation where this can happen for a legitimate reason, but please communicate with me.

Shipping

I ship via the US Postal Service's First Class shipping. If you want to ship using a faster method, I am happy to accommodate you. Please leave me a comment when checking out and I will get you a shipping estimate.

Please be aware that we have no control over the postal service and while we want you to be happy, if you need your items sooner than the 10-14 day delivery that the USPS will commit to within the US or much longer delivery times internationally, please consider purchasing upgraded shipping.

We are also, sadly, not responsible for items once they are in the hands of the Postal Service. Please let us know at checkout if you would like to purchase insurance for your item.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will gladly accept for refund any item that is in its original condition, and hasn't been exposed to allergens. Please send us an Etsy Convo about your concerns prior to returning any item to us.
