Items on my shop are genuinely hand-crafted personally by me.
Please keep in mind that different computer settings may show different colors or hues.

Payment

My preferrable form of payment is PayPal as it is probably the most secure method out there. PayPal allows you to pay with your credit card or debit card.

However, I also accept Postal Money order.

Shipping

I ship orders through Canada Post within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.
If you prefer to pick up your order in Montreal, please convo me so we can discuss and make arrangements first.
Orders shipping to Canada, please allow up to 1 week depending on your city.
Orders shipping to the U.S., please allow 1-2 weeks depending on your city.
International Orders, please allow up to 4 weeks, depending on your city.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, I accept returns within 7 days of receipt of order. Purchase price will be refunded less applicable shipping charges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders can take up to a week before it can be shipped.
