Here's the dirt. I make stuff out of felt. My work is made in a smoke-free environment using ONLY HAND STITCHING. I don't even own a machine, so basically you are buying something that has been loved and cared for since it's original pattern was made until the last knot has been clipped.

Each puppet is individually made so please allow slight variations. I design for gentle play by adults and teenagers, not small children.

My inspiration comes from fashion, pop culture, and politics. I can't imagine a life without being creative and humorous. Puppets=Smiles, so it's a nice fit.

Shipping

I am shipping Mexipost from Colima, Mexico. Please allow a minimum of 15 days for delivery. My orders are threaded onto cardstock and hand delivered to the post office- not left with a postal carrier. If you need express rates or tracking I will be glad to adjust the listing before purchase, just shoot me a Convo or email me at melloism [!at] aol.com for your quote. Forewarning, it is not cheap.

fRiEnDly HoLiDaY rEmInDeR-- Shop early to try and ensure Christmas delivery. As we are in November, Mexican post can run up to 4 weeks; as it stands it seems to be moving nicely (knock on wood). However, I have no control over Customs delays, and cannot provide tracking unless extra postage is purchased at the time of checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. If something whacky happens though, we'll come up with a solution. I'm 100% committed to making you happy.

All pieces are made by my hands and sometimes contain human flaws, just like humans.



ATTENTION CUSTOM TRANSACTIONS- As of Nov. 21, 2008, ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE PAID UP FRONT. You will receive a photo for final approval before shipping. The entire process from payment to foto usually lasts no more than 3 days.
