Payment
Our preferred payment method is Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, we may be able to arrange for you to receive an invoice that will allow you to pay for your purchase using a credit or debit card. We will also accept money orders, but we will not be able to ship your item until your payment has been received and has cleared our bank, so items paid for by money order will take much longer to ship. If payment for your item has not been received within one week of your purchase, and we are unable to contact you regarding payment at that time, the sale may be canceled and your item may be re-listed for sale.
Shipping
Typically, items will be shipped via US Postal Service. Shipping costs will include insurance on your item.
Orders shipped to destinations outside of the U.S. will require additional shipping charges. If you are paying via Paypal, a separate invoice will be sent to you via email for the additional costs. If you are paying with a money order, please contact us by email prior to sending your payment, so that you may add the additional shipping costs to your total.
Any additional shipping considerations will be detailed in the item description. We will contact you via email to notify you when your item has shipped!
Refunds and Exchanges
We will take great care to package your item so that it is safe for shipping. However, we will purchase insurance from the post office to cover the loss of your item or any damages incurred during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us so that we may alert the post office and take the necessary steps to refund or replace your item.
Other than items that are damaged during the shipping process, all sales are final, unless we have made an error and you received the wrong item. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us so that we can correct the mistake!
