I'm thrilled that you found my little ville! Thank you so much for taking the time to peek at my doodleprints and creative explosions.

Payment

I accept Paypal for all orders. Please confirm payment within two days of committing to buy the item.

Shipping

Upon confirmed payment from paypal, I ship via USPS first class domestic and international within three days. Each print is enclosed in a protective sleeve and shipped in a rigid mailer.

Only one shipping address per order please.

If a print is damaged or lost in shipping, please notify me immediately.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope that you enjoy your purchase as much as I did making it. If you don't for any reason, please notify me within three days of receiving the item and I'll happily exchange the print or refund your money upon return of the item, minus shipping costs.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Framing your doodleprint: I recommend selecting a plain black frame that is one size larger than your print (for 5x7 prints, pick a frame that measures 8x10; for 8x10 prints, go with a 11x14). I also recommend matting your print on TOP of a piece of black or white art paper (available at any craft store) instead of placing it under an traditional mat. just center the print on the paper and secure it with double stick tape. It's very easy to do, and avoids the need for having to spend lots of money on a custom print job. please convo me if you have any questions about framing the piece.

Protecting your doodleprint: this is a digital print, which does not like moisture or direct sunlight (however, I've tested mine with direct sunlight for six months to a year, and they have survived with little to no fading). Most definitely do not expose it to water!

Some necessary copyright stuff: I retain copyright to all pieces in the Artsyville shop. Please contact me for written permission before copying, duplicating, printing, or publishing any of my work.

If any issues arise during your transaction, please give me the opportunity to resolve your concerns prior to leaving feedback. I want everyone to be happy here.
