Welcome

Everything you find here is handmade by me (unless noted otherwise, which is rare). Each item is one of a kind, and meant for use. I consider my approach to selling my craft: affordable, durable, enjoyable, unique.

Payment

No item will be shipped until payment has cleared. Right now I accept PayPal, money order, and I will take a personal check as long as you understand that nothing ships until payment has arrived AND cleared.

If I haven't heard from you and/or received payment from you within a week of the sale, I will relist the item.

Shipping

I ship using USPS, the basic first class rates. Up to this point I have not used shipping insurance or confirmation services.

If you prefer another shipping method (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) or additional USPS services (tracking, insurance, priority mail), please let me know ASAP and I will provide you with an adjusted shipping and handling rate.

Refunds and Exchanges

I try to be as flexible as possible, but there are some things that have to be rock-solid. Hair falls and earrings may NOT be returned, due to health considerations.

Other items may be returned within 3-5 days of your receipt of them, provided we have conversed about this and come to an agreement.

If your item arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so I can try to remedy the situation. One of the down-sides to working "one of a kind" is that replacing can be challenging, but I try to insure my customers are happy.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I welcome custom orders. In fact, I LOVE custom orders!

I am VERY open to barter, so it's worth asking if you think you might be interested.

I do work with retailers on wholesale arrangements, there are minimum orders to wholesale.

Sometimes I will consign, but it's rare. I've had a few bad consignment experiences so I tend to be cautious on that front.
