Welcome to my Etsy shop. I'm a Danish artist/craft maker and
have been for many years.
I have lots of 700+ feedback on Ebay under : dukkelisa.

Payment

I can only accept Pay pal, and you can use credit card there.

Please note: you do not need to open a pay pal account in order to use their user friendly service .

Shipping

I ship worldwide from Denmark. Packages are sent via lettermail. Registered mail that includes tracking and insurance is very expensive here in Denmark, so I don't offer it unless you specifically request it. Convo me for rates if you want this option.

Refunds and Exchanges

I work very hard to make sure my photos give an accurate image of the item, and I will include accurate measurements in my descriptions.
Shopping online for jewellery is challenging, as you can’t hold it or try it on, and colours may vary from one monitor to the next,so for this reason I accept returns of the item within 7 days of receipt.
Please contact me before returning an item. Returned items must be unworn, and in their original condition.
Refunds will be given once the product is received by me, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Failing to contact me immediately upon receipt of the item will imply that you have accepted the item as is.
