Thank you for buying one of Mexican Designer pillows. I appreciate your business and look forward to sending your pillow to you and also hearing back from you after you receive it. By clicking the purchase you agree to make payment within the 5 days by Paypal, Money Order, or check.

Payment

Payment can be made by Paypal, money orders, or personal checks. Please contact me by email after clicking to purchase to confirm the sale of your item. If I do not hear from you via email within 3 days, item will be relisted for sale. Payment is appreciated within 5 days of sale. Thank you, Victoria

Shipping

Shipping is by USPS Mail, either Priority or Parcel Post will be used. Insurance is at your request only. I ship within 3-5 days of receiving your payment and notify you by email with a tracking number when your item has been shipped. I ship your items in a USPS Postal approved High Quality poly mailing bag, Water, Tear and Puncture resistant.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will refund your money if you are not happy with your purchase. Please just email me and let me know the reason, return your item, and refund will be issued after item is received back in the condition it was sent to you. I am not responsible for any damages by the US Postal Service.
