Payment

Once I receive payment, I will ship your order within 3 business days unless you have an urgent request for speedier delivery.

If you would like to cancel an order, please let me know why (so I can improve for future customers!) If the order is already on its way and I have already processed the payment, I will not accept cancellations (except in extreme circumstances).

Shipping

I use the USPS and have always had satisfactory results. Most of my items are small and ship at a low cost. I package items with newspaper, plastic bags, tissue, shredded paper, bubble wrap, or whatever best suits the fragility of the item.
