Payment

I happily accept paypal, cashier's checks and money orders from buyers within the United States. If you pay with cashier's checks or money orders, your item will be shipped once your payment has cleared my bank account.

Shipping

Shipping prices to the United States are provided for each individual listing. Most items ship First Class Mail, however if you wish to upgrade your shipping or include insurance, please let me know on your order or convo me and I will send an adjusted invoice.

I am happy to ship internationally. If an international shipping price is not included with the listing, please email or convo me and I will figure the price based on your address.

I make my best effort to ship within two business days of your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

I pride myself on the quality of the artwork I offer for sale, however, if you are dissatsified with your purchase for any reason, please email me within 14 days of purchase and I will make it right.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I retain copyright on all items. This means you cannot make copies of the artwork and call it your own. This policy is reiterated in each individual listing.

You are welcome to post photos of my work in your blog or on your website provided you link to my shop (http://jperegrine.etsy.com) and give proper credit (Jeannine Peregrine). It would also be terrific if you emailed me to let me know you've posted something so I can giggle and turn cartwheels over it!
