Payment

PayPal my preferred method of payment. I will accept personal checks; however, 7 days must pass upon deposit for funds to clear before item(s) will be shipped. Money order is accepted and item will be shipped upon receipt.

Once you place an order, please pay within 3 days. If you cannot make this deadline, please do not place an order. If you need more time and have already placed an order, please at least contact me and let me know.

Shipping

Items will be shipped via USPS first class mail. If your package is big enough and shipping allows, I will automatically upgrade to Priority.

If you wish for your order to be upgraded to Priority initially, send me a convo before placing an order and I will set up a separate listing.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please be sure you want an item before placing an order.

There will be no refunds on any pink ribbon merchandise, unless it is defective and within 7 days of receipt. I must be contacted of the matter within those 7 days.

Equal exchanges are allowed within 7 days as long as the item(s) have not been used, laundered or exposed to smoke. Refunds for other items in my shop must be given a pre-approval before a refund is allowed. Shipping costs will fall on the buyer both ways for exchanges and refunds, unless there was a shipment error on my behalf.
