Pamela Fleming’s creations are individually hand sculptured in Porcelain clay.

No molds or castings are used.

Payment

All payments are due within 7 days of orders.

Shipping

Shipping $5.99 per ornament/each additional $2.00

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of custom work due to- drying times of the clay body and several firings of the clay in the kiln
Shipping is available outside the USA, please contact me first, before buying, I will mark the piece sold and then i will figure out the cost of shipping and email, you can either accept or decline.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with every ornament/figurine that you add to your collection, so returns are accepted with in 30 days. If you are unhappy with your sculpture simply notify me via e-mail and return the figurine/ornament (at your expense in original shape and packaging). Once I have received the package, it will be replaced with a similar priced item of your choice.

Wholesale orders welcomed with tax ID and minimum order of $100. (Minimum waived for non profit animal rescue groups)
