All items are created my me with you in mind. Only top quality materials are used. Your satisfaction is important to me.

Payment

Payment is expected within three (3) days of sale and is accepted through PayPal. If you anticipate a delay in payment, please contact me. Otherwise, unpaid orders will be canceled after seven (7) days. European customers,especially German customers, may also pay by bank transfer. Please contact me for details.

Shipping

Shipping is twice a week. Arrival in Europe in 3-4 days. Arrival in United States takes longer, up to 10 days sometimes. We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that you may be charged. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping prices will be quoted individually at the time of the sale. Shipping is by standard post. Let me know if you want registered or insured post.

Refunds and Exchanges

Every effort has been made for your satisfaction. However, if you are not happy with an item when you receive it, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. We'll find a solution. Greeting cards are non-refundable. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
