Welcome

Made by Keli is a one woman show. This shop is mostly a hobby that started with a soapmaking class, an introduction to the wonderful gocco, and my efforts to design and be creative every day. Payment

Paypal is the main form of payment accepted, and is expected immediately upon checkout. If you must pay by check or money order, be sure to send it in a very timely manner. Paypal is my recommended choice for payments for the security and the fast turnaround.

*IMPORTANT*
I ship to the Etsy Order shipping address, and ignore Paypal addresses. Please make sure your Etsy order address is correct.

Shipping

Orders ship within 3-4 business days of cleared payment received. International shipments will take 5 business days to ship.

Most items are shipped First Class or International First Class Mail. If it's too heavy for First Class, it will ship Priority Mail. I do not use any other methods of shipment at this time.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds/exchanges are only offered if there is an error on my part or if an item is faulty. If an item is faulty you must contact me within 3 days of receipt for a refund/exchange.

I am not responsible for items lost in the mail, please contact your post office if you do not receive the items. I may be able to re-send your items but sometimes it's not possible due to quantity of items available.
