No mass produced items here... Each piece is unique! You can be assured that each creation is one of a kind. The headband or barrette you will receive is brand new and has never been worn. (Except when I modeled it for the photo!) It will be the one pictured in the listing.

I am happy to make custom pieces, but I charge $5-$10 more for custom pieces. Please be advised that I do not recreate other Etsy sellers pieces.

Payment

Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. I accept PayPal and Money Orders. Please notify me if you are paying by Money Order.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 1 week of payment received. I ship with Priority Mail for US orders and whatever is cheapest for International. Please make sure your Etsy address is correct.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your item, or your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately so we can work something out.
