We accept Paypal Only At This Time. Any purchases made that are not paid for within 5 business days will be canceled and relisted.

Shipping

Shipping is First Class Mail, unless otherwise noted. We do wrap up your items and pad out the envelope to insure safe arrival but if you'd like to add Delivery Confirmation and/or Insurance, just convo us before your purchase and we'll be happy to add it on for you! We are now shipping to Europe, Australia, New Zealand,and Canada, Denmark. Shipping for these areas are listed with each item. We will not ship to South America, Asia, or Africa.

Shipping cost is for the envelope and shipping cost only, you don't pay anything extra! In some cases, you don't even end up paying for the envelope! ^.^

Refunds and Exchanges

Each and every one of our customers is greatly appreciated, if your items do not arrive as listed, please let us know and we will do all that we can to rectify the situation! If you are ordering from overseas, make sure that you are able to receive packages from customs.

We do not give Cash Refunds but we will be happy to send you replacements at no charge if your items do not arrive as promised!

We are human, we do make mistakes! If you ordered 100 bead caps and you only receive 82, please convo us before leaving negative feedback! We will be happy to send you the rest as promised at no extra charge! ^.^
