Welcome to CAT Productions! I'm so happy you're visiting my shop. If you have any questions about anything in my shop, just contact me!

Payment

I accept Paypal. If, for some reason, you can't pay with Paypal, contact me and we'll see if we can work something out.

Texas residents must pay state sales tax at a rate of 6.25%. I'll contact you with a revised invoice.

Orders will be canceled if you haven't paid within one week of placing an order. I'll try and contact you several times to remind you, if I don't receive a payment within 48 hours. If you change your mind about the purchase, please let me know as soon as possible so I can relsit the item in my shop.

Shipping

I ship as quickly as I can, usually within 24- to 48 hours, depending on when the order comes in.

I try to calculate the least expensive postage for each individual item, and my shipping prices include postage and packaging. I will combine shipping for customers who buy more than one item at a time.

If you want insurance or other shipping services, let me know and I'll send you a revised invoice.

When I can, I recycle shipping materials.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If anything is not to your satisfaction, please contact me within seven (7) days of receiving your order, and I'll try to resolve the problem. Each situation will be handled on an individual basis.

If we agree that you, the buyer, should receive a refund and the item is returned to me in its original condition within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date, I will refund the charge (minus shipping charges).
