Welcome

I make all my items and take great care doing so.
Each piece is made up from carefully cut glass that is stacked and kiln fired to 825 degrees, annealed for strength and durability, some pieces are ground to shape and refired (fire polished)for that lovely shiny finish,
I take great care in my work and I aim to please,

Payment

PAYPAL is available for all buyers,

UK buyers have the added option of postal order or cheque.

Please pay immediately if poss, no later than THREE days.
I will hold items for that length of time, but I have the right to re list the item back into the shop if I havent heard from you,
All items will be posted once payment is recieved,

Shipping

If you would like RECORDED DELIVERY please let me know so that I can adjust P + P fees
All items are wrapped well, IN TISSUE PAPER AND JIFFY BAGS and shipped within three days of payment,
I use ROYAL MAIL, 1ST CLASS FOR UK BUYERS WITH A DELIVERY TIME OF AROUND 2 TO 3 DAYS
I use AIRMAIL FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS WITH A DELIVERY TIME OF AROUND 7 TO 14 DAYS

Refunds and Exchanges

I can accept an item for refund minus the postage, but the item must be returned within 7 days of purchase, unworn, clean as in the way you would have recieved it.
