Payment

PayPal is my preferred method of payment.

Personal checks and/or money orders are accepted for US orders only with a delay in shipment of 5 business days after the check has been received.

International orders accepted with PayPal only.

Shipping

All US orders are shipped first class USPS to your registered address as listed on ETSY unless the buyer has made other arrangements in writing (email ok) beforehand.

Non-custom orders will be shipped within 3 business days. I will notify the buyer directly via email when the item has been shipped.

I will communicate with the buyer via email as to the turnaround time for any custom orders.

International shipping is also through USPS. Please be aware of any additional tax or fees that your country may charge before you purchase, as they are not covered by me. The Post Office does not guarantee delivery with first class international post, so please be advised that you purchase with knowledge of this risk and that I will not be responsible for loss of theft after I have shipped the item.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact me to make arrangements.

Repairs can be made at a minimal cost plus shipping. Should an item need repair, please contact me.

How to obtain your wrist measurement. Measure the exact size of your wrist. Not tight, not loose. Your bracelet size will be this figure plus one inch.
