Welcome

Every item sold here is individually created by me. Some parts such as buttons, wire, etc. are incorporated in the pieces, and will be specified in the description. Unless noted, felted items are not intended to be used as toys, or for use by young children.

Payment

Payment must be confirmed prior to shipment. Shipment will be made promptly upon verification of payment.

Shipping

Standard shipping will be parcel post or priority mail. Customer responsible for insurance cost if wanted and also requires a revised invoice prior to payment, so please let me know if this should be included prior to making payment. Seller not responsible for lost shipments.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items may be returned in original unused condition for store credit within 15 days of receipt. Credit given for cost of item only. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Due to health regulations, hats are not returnable.
