Refunds and Exchanges

Just so you know, all of my work has a lifetime guarantee on it. If you ever have a problem with a buckle of any kind*, please drop me a line and I will exchange it. Unless of course, I know longer make that buckle or the mold has been destroyed. I will then offer another buckle in it's place. Each one of my buckles are like kids to me so if anything happens, I wanna know.

*possible problems that may arise - You find out the buckle is too heavy. Upon return of the buckle, I will give a full refund, including the return shipping. If the post or hinge break on the back of the buckle, I will exchange the buckle for a new one upon return of the broken buckle.

In the 8 years I've been sculpting buckles these problems rarely arise. Rest assured that I take pride in the art work I create and each piece is thoroughly inspected by me before it is shipped to you. My philosophy is 'Handmade 4 Your Protection'

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am available for custom work but the prices do vary. If you have a 2D design that doesn't need any help from me except to make it 3D, that will be a lower price than if you need me to help design your piece. Say if you have an idea in your head that you can only explain in words and not pictures, the price of the work would go up due to more hours needed. Please email me for any questions or a quote.
