Payment

I accept paypal only.

I ship after receiving payment unless we have a different agreement.

Items will be on hold for 5 days, if I don't get the payment on the 5th day I will relist the items. You could purchase them later if you want but only if you pay just after you buy.

For custom orders the price I give is for the custom made item and shipping. Every modification or fitting you want after a piece is done would be charged with 10% of the total value plus shipping cost if the piece was already sent.

If you decide to cancel a custom order after I started to work on it you will have to pay 75% of the price.

Shipping

I live in Uruguay, thus everything has intl shipping fees.

I send everything with the upgraded shipping which includes a tracking number so you could check the state of your parcel anytime.

The Shipping cost includes, envelopes/boxes, bubble wrap, glue, tape, whatever mailing supplies, travelling to the post office, saying Newman! at least 3 times, waiting for an hour or so and paying the rates on intl shipping and upgrades.

I usually ship on Mondays, sometimes I can ship on the very same day, depending on the order, weight and availability.

Of course custom made items are an exception, since I will ship after they are complete. In any case, I´ll let you know.

READ: The average time for delivery on upgraded parcels is from 1 to 4 weeks. Sometimes it can be slower, depending on where you are.

If you want I can offer EMS shipping service which is an additional of 20 dollars up to 500grs and arrives in 1 to 7 days.

I can offer FedEx intl express which is 45 dollars from 0 to 500grs and arrives in 1-2 days.
