I will strive for customer excellence. I will also send the items if its a simple order with something ready and not special ordered it will be 1 to 5 business days after payment recieved. If you have questions or need references please email me.

Payment

I will expcet paymemt via paypal within 3 business days. I will accept money order also but will be shipped after payment is recieved and in us funds only thanks.

Shipping

If you want confirmation please add 60 cents to each order. For international orders I will combine shipping but purcharser is obligated for all shipping charges. If it will save you money by me flat rating your order I will do so and let you know before purchase so I can let you know before payment for large orders please contact me first for shipping. I can also offer shipping insurance but if no insurance is purchased I will not be responsible.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item is damaged by any fault of my own I will replace the item.
