Payment

The best form of payment is PayPal. Please make payment within 24 hours of placing an order. Once I receive payment, I ship within 1 - 2 business days. If you do not have a PayPal account, please contact me to make alternative arrangements.

If you live outside of Canada or the United States, you will be responsible for any local taxes or international customs payments.

Shipping

For customers in the United States and Canada, my standard is to ship via Canada Post. Shipment should arrive in 10 - 14 business days. Included in the shipping is $100 insurance. I ship within 1 - 2 business days of receiving payment.

If you require rush shipping, please let me know and I will arrange a faster service or courier at cost. Options include FedEx and UPS.

If you are outside of the United States or Canada, I will arrange shipping at cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am confident that you will enjoy your purchase. I stand behind the quality of my work, so if you have any questions please let me know.

If glass is damaged during shipping, please contact me and I will make arrangements for a replacement. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please send it back to me for a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping). Please contact me within 2 days of receiving the order to make arrangements.
