Payment

I accept personal checks, money orders, and paypal. Items must be paid for before they are sent and custom orders must be paid for before I start on the item.

Shipping

Standard Shipping including postage, envelope and delivery confirmation adds an additional $4 to each doll ordered.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds on Custom Orders, though we can negotiate a return and repair if you do not feel you got what you paid for, but I send pics of all dolls out before shipping to assure customer satisfaction.
