Thank you for taking interest in my products. First and foremost, I would like to ask that you please read the details of the item you are interested in. I try to offer up as much information as I can to allow for a more pleasurable shopping experience.

My biggest concern is the health and satisfaction of my customers. It is for this reason alone that I ask you to please read the list of ingredients available with each listing. if you or the person you are getting the item for may become allergic or have a reaction from one of the ingredients listed, consult the primary physician first.

Payment

I only accept paypal at this time. Please note that if you use an e-check, the purchase will not be shipped until that check has cleared.

NOTE: Payment is expected to be paid in full once the sale is made, unless stated otherwise in a convo with me.

If payment is not received from you within 24 hours of making the sale, our transaction will be void and the item will be re-listed.

NOTE: Sales made in Pennsylvania are subject to the 6% sales tax. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping

Due to real life, shipping can take up to 1 week. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I ship to the address that is on file with paypal. Please be sure your account it up to date so that it is sent to the correct shipping address.

Items are shipped through USPS first class mail or flate rate priority if it is over 13 ounces. If you wish for me to offer another shipping option such as UPS ground or priority mail, please convo me first so that I can make up a new invoice for you.

Please note however, that prices on shipping will increase when going through ups ground as well as priority mail. All items within the US are shipped with confirmation on delivery to ensure the package reaches your home or to the giftee it is being sent to. I do NOT pay for insurance. If you wish to have insurance added, please contact me before purchasing the item.

International orders, you are responsible for any customs costs. I also do not pay for insurance, so if that is something you would like to add on your purchase, please let me know. Thank you for understanding.

NOTE: If your shipment is returned due to buyer's error (inaccurate address, etc), buyer will be sent an additional invoice via paypal to cover cost of re-shipment. The item will ship upon payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of bath & body products, I cannot take returns on any opened merchandise. If you are uncertain about a product, feel free to contact me first so that I may clear up any possible confusion.

Please read the full list of ingredients posted with each listing. If an ingredient is something you may be allergic to, please do not order the item. If you happen to be buying it as a gift, try and find out if the giftee may be allergic or have a possible reaction to any one of the ingredients.

NOTE: During the summer months, some of our products can and may melt or become deformed. These items include my lip balms body balms and healing salves. I will not take returns on items that are out of shape, as they still work just as well.

If you get a package in the hot summer months, check the item. If the body balm or healing salve is slightly soft or melted, place it in the fridge for about 20 minutes until hard. DO NOT put them in the freezer.

When you remove your products from the fridge, they should be as good as new ;)

CUSTOM ORDERS

I accept all custom orders. The wait time can be anywhere from a day to 2 weeks, depending on if I have all of the required materials in stock. In most cases, custom orders are shipped within 3 business days.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

I no longer accept wholesale or consignment offers. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
