Welcome

I use every scrap of cashmere that I receive. I WILL NOT send anything cashmere to the landfill! (unless it is really moth-eaten or gross in some unfathomable way)

I wash all cashmere I receive in the washing machine with warm water and laundry detergent - and then dry it in the dryer with medium heat. I hope that this not only cleans the cashmere, but shrinks it. I expect that you would not abuse your cashmere in the same way (on purpose).

Wholesale and consignment are a different story - convo me.

Shipping

I ship USPS First Class mail, unless you request otherwise. You will receive an email from PayPal with a confirmation # after I have printed the label.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is something wrong with the scarf, please email me (or convo me). I will do everything I can to make the situation right.
