Mrs. Claus, Santa and the elves would make themselves at home in your home. They are really adaptable folk. Or, establishing a gnome colony at your home would help provide housing for gnome families already living in your home. There are some very nice gnome houses available. Gnome houses are carved from a single piece of cottonwood bark and finished with multiple coats of satin varnish and paste wax. The gnomes, secretive little buggers, are rarely seen outside their homes…but you never can tell.
The guys here are brought to life through hand carving with sharp hand tools and other careful application of such materials as basswood, cottonwood bark, cedar acrylic paints and the best stains and varnishes where appropriate.

Payment

PAYMENT: Payment MUST be received within 3 days of purchase.
I accept because Paypal is safe, easy and my preferred method of payment. You do not need a PAYPAL account. You can pay with credit card directly from this site.
If you prefer to send a personal check, I will not mail out your package UNTIL I have deposited your check. This could take up to 10 days (you never know with snail mail).

Shipping

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: I ship weekdays and Saturday. If your order is received before noon Central Standard Time your order will go out that day, after noon and it goes out the next shipping day.

I am not going to try to make a profit on shipping costs. We will always strive to use materials in an efficient and effective manner. Purchased items will be wrapped using environmentally-conscious materials and will be shipped promptly. The domestic regular rate is 15% for purchases up to $200. Rush is 25% as is international.

I will ship to your ETSY shipping information address you provide and not the Paypal address. So make sure your ETSY shipping info is correct!

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY: I sincerely hope that you will like your purchase. But, if you are not satisfied, the item(s), can be returned for a refund minus shipping and packaging. Any returns must be initiated within three days of receipt and must be shipped back within ten business days. First, please contact me.
DAMAGED ITEMS: The wife and I package the items for shipment and we are very good. But, if you find that something is broken in transit, please let me know within 10 days of receiving the purchase. A claims process will be initiated. Please keep the shipping materials, box, items that are broken so that a claim, when investigated will be approved. Jim

At the present time the elves are overloaded with regular orders. We will consider additional special requests after the first of the year.
