Thank your for looking at my shop! All items come from a smoke-free environment and I do my best to accurately represent them. If you have any questions, please convo me!

Payment

Currently, I only take Paypal (credit cards accepted). Payment is expected within three days of ordering unless other arrangements have been made. If you have not sent payment or convo'd me by the fourth day, I will consider the transaction canceled and re-list the item.

Shipping

All purchases are sent via USPS first class or parcel post (unless another method happens to be favorable cost-wise) as soon as possible after receipt of purchase (generally the following business day). Insurance and/or delivery confirmation is available upon request, as per the rates on usps.com. I do ship internationally, but because the post office does not guarantee delivery for first class international mail, once the package has left my hands, I am not responsible for loss or theft.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless I've sent the wrong item entirely, in which case please contact me to arrange a return/refund. If I'm at fault, I will also pay for return postage (will be added to refund).

I package all items carefully and deliver them personally to the post office; once they have left my hands I cannot be held accountable for loss or damage.
