I really appreciate everyone's feedback and requests! If you ever need any custom jewellery, don't hesitate to convo me or e-mail me at k_ry1 [!at] yahoo.com :) We'll discuss models and prices there!

Payment

I accept all payment methods but i encourage you to use PAYPAL's service as it's the most secure way to pay.

Shipping

I will ship your items within 3 work days after the full payment is received unless otherwise noted. The Post Office is closed on public holidays. If you happened to shop on one of these holidays, I will note you.

My standard shipping is via the Registered Airmail which takes about 2-3 days domestic and up to 2 weeks for international. If you would like tracking and insurance, just let me know and I'll get you an updated invoice on your order. Please be advised that UPS/FedEx/DHL services would cost you 5-10 times of the standard shipping fee I offered.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund and Exchanges:
Everything you buy will get through my quality check to ensure you get no damaged goods. My packaging is also nicely made to prevent damage during shipping. However, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so if for some reason you decide to return it you are welcome to do so within 2 days since you get your package. You will receive a full refund minus the shipping fees & paypal fee.

You can chose between two options:
1. Receive the full refund - shipping fee and paypal fee
2. Exchange it to another product in my shop in the same value or less.

Non-refundable goods list:
- Items in a damaged packaging
- Lost items
- Custom orders
- Discoloration during cleaning

Additional Policies and FAQs

DIGITAL PAINTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• All copyrights of my paintings are belonged to me, Kharisma R. Sommers, and I retain all the rights to use the paintings i did for creating promotional tools and sell prints of my paintings unless otherwise noted. I, however, will NOT sell any of your reference photos to any third parties. Even though I hold all the rights for my paintings, I always ask my customers' permission when I want to make prints out of them :)

• All digital painting packets are for PERSONAL USE only!

• You are NOT allowed to use any of my paintings you commissioned me other than personal purpose.

• You may NOT sell the digital and/or printed images for commercial purpose.

• You are NOT allowed to make any profit out of my paintings unless you buy the copyright from me.

• No refund for digital paintings. However, I will work on it until you're satisfied with the result.

• Any drastic changes over the approved sketch will cost you some fee.


MY WORK METHOD:

••FOR SPEED PAINTINGS:
After the payment is cleared and I received your reference photos, I will work on it immediately. You will see only the final image. Please tell me in advance if you have any special request!


••FOR CUSTOM DIGITAL PAINTINGS:
After the payment is cleared, You will receive a sketch or two within 3 days to your specification to gain your approval. After the sketch is approved, I will color it and you will get the final image delivered to your e-mail in high resolution later :)
