Welcome

My name is Erin Doyle, and I'm the hands behind Golden Snail Designs (though my husband's hands are often those behind the computer). I live in a small town with my high-school sweetheart and my dear ten-year-old tabby named Kitty (who is not allowed to help me with my projects).

I learned to crochet because I loved all the toys, pillows and blankets my Grandma Ringwald made when I was younger. Now I'm passing the joy of crocheting and other handmade crafts to everyone! I have plans in the future to include my love of cross stitching to the site as well as my other hobbies such as dream-catcher making.

Payment

Payment is required within three days of purchase. I accept PayPal and Money Orders; no personal checks.

Shipping

I do ship internationally! International shipping is via First Class (Air Mail), which can mean longer shipping times to keep prices reasonable. I can upgrade to International Priority if you so desire (starting at $16 USD).

Orders are mailed within one to two days after payment clears. US orders will receive the USPS delivery confirmation number in a separate e-mail from PayPal.

If you would like alternative shipping methods (less expensive or faster ones), please feel free to contact me.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction: I guarantee my work 100%, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact me so I can make it right.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All items are hand crafted by me in my smoke-free home. I do have a cat for those of you with cat allergies, but I take every care to keep her away from my projects and am careful to always wash my hands thoroughly and run myself all over with a lint brush every time I pick up a project, keeping projects wrapped in plastic to prevent stray hairs from getting on them.

Custom orders: If you find a pattern or design that I have done but would like it in an alternate color or size, feel free to contact me! I'm happy to work with you to create just the right product for you. (Custom orders may take between two to seven days, possibly longer depending upon the size and complexity of the design.)
