Welcome

Mattie Tutus is a place for unique moms with posh babies! I believe every little girl is a princess; and every princess deserves a tutu!
I'm a stay-at-home mom with a very fashionable 9 month old. I also have a 6 year old son...but he's not into tutus!! I make high quality baby items, because my princess deserves only the best, as does yours.
I've been making these items for awhile now, but my etsy store is new. I look forward to creating a one-of-a-kind item for the little girls in your life!

*Note-I sew all my tutus. They are very different from the "tied" tutus. They will last longer and not bunch up or twist. There are no knots to come undone, or to be uncomfortable against a little girl's skin.

Payment

PayPal is my preferred method of receiving payment. Through PayPal you can pay with your checking account or credit card.
I am willing to accept personal checks, but I will wait for them to clear before shipping your item.

Shipping

In general your item will ship within 7 days. Some items take longer to make, so contact me in advance if you need your item sooner.

I will ship to Canada and internationally! I've done my best to mark shipping costs accurately. International shipping can be tricking, so if I have overcharged, I will issue a refund of the overage.

If ordering a custom item, please contact by email for shipping times. (7-10 days is fairly standard as I may have to wait for custom fabric or tulle to arrive before making your item. I do my best to get orders out A.S.A.P.)

Please see individual ads for shipping charges, as each item will have the shipping charges listed there. I try to charge you what I have to pay for shipping, and not overcharge. If, for some reason, you overpay for shipping, I will refund the overage.

I strongly suggest that you purchase shipping insurance. If you choose not to purchase insurance and your item is lost in the mail, unfortunately that will be your responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to me. I will be happy to exchange your item for any understandable reason. (Return shipping will be your responsibility). Custom items can't be returned.
Each item is handcrafted with love and attention to detail, so I hope you will be extremely happy with every purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Gift wrapping is available for an additional $4.00. If you want to add giftwrapping, please email, including if it's for a boy or girl.

My items are made in a pet-free, smoke-free, child-friendly home!

Every item available on my site can be customized to fit your princess dreams! Please email with information on what you'd like, and for specific pricing information.
