Baby Bear Bums aspires to make each and every item "just right" for your baby bear. Although many items are offered, it's those that cover baby bums that epitomize the innocence of childhood for me. The majority of items you will find here are made from re-purposed or recycled textiles and the result is a unique and beautiful quality piece of work.

Many items offered by Baby Bear Bums are adjustable in size to allow a longer period of wear. I will default to the LARGEST size in the title description; however, the range of a "large" adjustable soaker is actually size medium (snapped)-large (unsnapped). Please keep this rule of thumb in mind while browsing and should you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to send them my way.

I am currently creating two new lines of Baby Bear Bums soakers to include Baby Bear Bums Beauty to accommodate the froo froo princess and Baby Bear Bums Booty for the fierce and fun adventure spirit! In the meantime view our listings for the Classic design with or without adjustable snaps in the waistband.

Payment

If your payment is not received via Paypal within 3 days of placing your order, the order will be canceled and deleted from our records.

I will mark an item as RESERVED for up to 1 week (7 days) for those who love an item but are in a financial waiting period. Simply send me a request.

Shipping

All domestic items are shipped priority mail and can be tracked as such. Please note that we cannot be responsible for items lost during shipping.

If you would prefer your item be shipped via another carrier, we are willing to provide you with a shipping quote; keeping in mind that this will increase your total cost accordingly.

Being new to Etsy, I would ask for just a bit of patience regarding international shipping orders as I want to be certain to get them right. Should there be an interest, please contact me with your location and postal code.

Personal local delivery on items will reflect a shipping cost of $0.00. Please contact me before your purchase so I can reflect this on the listing.

Refunds and Exchanges

Should your item not be, "Just right":

Please send a note within 5 business days so that we can work toward a resolution via exchange or refund. Please keep in mind that the item must be returned in the like new condition in which it was sent.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I love to accommodate custom orders! Due to the overwhelming interest in the fall/winter coats, I will be implementing a new policy regarding custom coupon orders for them. Should you wish to use your 50% off coupon for a custom order and you would prefer a fabric that is not currently in stock, I will do my very best to obtain such fabric. However, this will add an additional $10 to the half off price being that the fabric did not come from my current inventory. Please also keep in mind that this custom fabric order will require a longer waiting period for your custom item; however, I believe this will allow me to offer exactly what each of you wants.

Custom orders made at full price will not be subject to the additional $10 fee; however, please keep in mind that the order completion will be delayed as we wait on the arrival of your chosen fabric.

Due to recent requests, I have established wholesale pricing for the majority of my items. Should you have a wholesale inquiry, please simply convo me!
