Welcome

Since most of my items are made to order, the styles might vary slightly from the pictures. I will duplicate the one pictured as best as possible, but it might have some variations.

All my items come from a smoke-free home. I do have cats, but I keep them out of the room I make my pieces in. I'm sure they would have a field day if I let them play in there! But don't worry, I keep my items as safe and clean as possible.

Payment

I only accept Paypal and Money Orders at this time. Payments must clear before I ship your order. All payments are due within 7 days of sale.

Shipping

For US orders my items will be shipped using USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Normally within 1-3 days of payment being made. If you want insurance just contact me and I can easily add $1.75 to an invoice for you.

International items are shipped using First Class mail. This only gives me a customs number and no tracking, so if you want to upgrade your shipping along with a tracking number, please let me know. :)

Refunds and Exchanges

If you receive your item damaged contact me to return the item and once I get it I can replace it with another, or give you a refund. I want you to be satisfied with your experience, so I'm willing to help however I can!
