Payment

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD: You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal! HOW TO: Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.

PAYPAL & MONEY ORDER: If using Paypal, please pay within 3 days of purchase. If this is not possible, then please email me with the details, I will gladly work something out with you.

MONEY ORDER: If paying by money order please let me know so I can keep your item for you until I receive your payment.

Shipping

USPS: I ship most items first class, within 24hrs of payment. Some items I ship priority. All items are shipped USPS. If I get a tracking number, I will email it to you so you can track your package.

INTERNATIONAL buyers: Sorry, outside the US I am unable to get tracking. Therefore, if your package gets lost in the mail, there is nothing I can do and is no longer my responsibility. For a steep price I can send it registered mail, which basically guarantees your package arriving because you must sign for it. Ask me if you would like this option and I can email prices to you.

LOST or STOLEN ITEMS: items that get lost or stolen in the mail is NOT my responsibility! I will do everything I CAN to find out what happened, but cannot guarantee I'll be able to track down your package! I can only give you a refund if your item arrives broken. If this happens read "Refunds and Exchanges" below.

Refunds and Exchanges

DAMAGED ITEMS: I only accept refunds on items that you have received in damaged condition. I require that you send me back the damaged goods, when I receive the damaged goods I will send you an instant refund via paypal or a substitute item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS: I do make custom orders. If you see something I sold in the past but no longer have in my shop, inquire, I may be able to make something like it for you!
If you see something you like, but would like it altered in some way, let me know, and I will do my best to make it to your liking.
If there is something I don't offer, but you think it's up my alley, drop me a line, I could be able to make it for you!
