Payment

I ship items only after payment has been received. I accept PayPal. I also accept checks from US residents only - and ship only after the check has cleared.

Shipments are made within 3 days of receiving payment. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I ship to the address you list in PayPal unless you provide me with a preferred address.

If I haven't received your PayPal payment within 48 hours after your order, and you haven't contacted me by email, I'll cancel the order.

If I haven't received your check within 7 days after your order & you haven't contacted me by email, I'll cancel the order.

Shipping

I use US Postal Service for shipping within the United States. For international customers, I will follow up with you on approximate delivery times.

Rush delivery and/or insurance - please convo me or email me with your specific needs.

I re-use clean packing materials for shipping my items.

If you live/work in the Rochester, MN area I can make arrangements with you for a delivery/drop off. Delivery fee will equal appropriate shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, I'll refund your purchase (but not shipping costs) within 7 days after I've received the item from you. You are responsible for returning the item in its original condition as well as return shipping costs.
